I am having issues with the Name/Number Display passing from an Avaya PBX endpoint to an OC client. The information comes up as “Unidentified Caller”. I do however get the full name/number passed to the CWA Server so that eliminates the issue being a Gateway problem or config on the PBX. Any thoughts?
